Pro2Pac 2009, the exhibition dedicated to the food and drink industry, will take place alongside the International Food & Drink show (IFE09) at London's ExCeL from 15-18 March.

The show, organised for the first time by Reed Exhibitions, will include free seminars addressing global food and drink packaging trends with contributions from brand owners, retailers and the industry.

Visitors will be able to see equipment, light machinery, systems, technology, services and materials relevant to the food and drink industry, as well as the UK and international manufacturers and processors exhibiting at IFE in the adjacent halls.

Pro2Pac marketing manager Deborah Conneely said: "Exhibitor space is already 50% sold out and this puts us in an excellent position to deliver real solutions to our customers' business challenges."

Pro2Pac 2007 attracted nearly 13,000 visitors from the UK's top supermarkets, international retailers and brand owners.
