CFI awarded quality standard
Cases for Industry, a subsidiary of FDL Packaging Group Company, has been awarded an international quality standard for its commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
The company achieved the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard by demonstrating that its services met customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and by proving that it aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the application of the ISO system.
Stephen Cunniffe, FDL managing director, said: "Across all our group companies we place just as much emphasis on quality management, internal processes and customer satisfaction as we do in providing the widest range of quality packaging solutions.
"In achieving this the company has demonstrated that it operates to the highest of standards – standards that numerous organisations now seek out when looking for a supplier."
Cases for Industry supplies packing cases, pallets, sea-going containers and glass stillages.
The company was acquired by FDL in 2004.
