Bpi.films launches free customer advice servicestevenkiernan, 1 September 2006Be the first to comment on this article Bpi.films, the stretch film manufacturing division of British Polythene Industries, has launched a customer advice service to help firms save time and film costs when using stretch-wrap machines. The firm said that the free service is aimed at helping businesses to review and perfect their pallet-wrapping procedures. Companies can request that a bpi.films representative visit their factory and ensure that they are adhering to best-practice guidelines. Vic Hardman, bpi.films’ area sales manager, said: “It is essential that the correct wrap is used and applied in the right way. Doing it wrong can bring untold problems, both during wrapping and delivery, not to mention the increased time and costs.” The company is publishing a free technical support guide, which gives troubleshooting advice on stretch-wrapping pallets. It also promotes a number of bpi.films’ products, including Supreme, a range of co-extruded pallet stetch films and Clingtech, a range of films designed for hand-wrapping. Speak Your Mind |
