Clifford Packaging presents collapsible carry case

The as yet unnamed case can be used in the same way as the Bottle Buddie and carry up to six bottles or be adapted to suit a particular product.

It looks like a standard 0201 corrugated case, but the retailer can rip off the lid and collapse the case so it can be easily stored.

Milton Keynes-based Clifford Packaging has targeted the pack at brands and retailers and is open to licensing opportunities.

Innovations development manager Rowan Tinn said the case has been designed so that the retailer is only left with the lid of the box to recycle.

Tinn explained that as the lid only equated to about 20% of the case, which would help retailers “looking to reduce packaging waste” in line with the Courtauld Commitment.

So far, the company has sold six million units of the Bottle Buddie worldwide.
