Constantia moves in to pharma and health with 70% of Hueck Folien
Constantia Flexibles, the Austrian packaging group and a subsidiary of Constantia Packaging, has bought 70% of German flexible packaging manufacturer Hueck Folien to expand its presence in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
With the contribution from Hueck, Constantia Flexibles predicts its total sales will exceed £600m in 2007. Hueck has four manufacturing sites – two in Germany, one in Belgium and one in the US.
