Managers buy Kappa Graphic Board from Smurfit

Packaging News, 01 November 2006

Kappa Graphic Board managers have bought their company from Smurfit Kappa and renamed it Eska Graphic Board.

The deal followed the merger of Jefferson Smurfit Group and Kappa Packaging. Eska’s turnover is around £100m.
