The RTL Pallet labeller from Weyfringe can apply one- or two-side A5 labels to stationary pallets at up to 20 pallets/min.

A built in barcode validator signals successful application of the correct label. If an error occurs the RTL can be set to automatically re-print and apply up to three times, prior to issuing an alarm.

Capable of labelling up to 2,900 pallets between label recharging, the RTL is supplied complete with an interlocked protective booth providing both operator and machine protection. Control can be via a built in keypad module or remote from the  packaging line control system. Product databases can also be held within the RTL print engine for simple recall and appending as required.
