London-based Pearlfisher, noted for its design work for Green & Black's and Innocent Drinks, was ranked 37th on the list, published on Sunday (2 March), while fellow packaging design consultancy Elmwood was in 80th place. Pearlfisher took staff to an ayurvedic resort in India last year to unwind. Previous destinations have included the Maldives and New York. Additional benefits include bread baked on-site and fresh organic fruit brought in by one of the partners from their family orchard. Employees at Elmwood had similar job satisfaction, with 83% saying they found the work stimulating and 88% proud to work for the firm. The company has offices in Leeds, London and Edinburgh.
