Goplasticpallets.com secures UK distribution deal for heavy-duty pallet

Manufactured by Qpall in the Netherlands, the QP 1210 HRR 5R pallet can be adapted to the individual needs of customers. The mould for the pallet can be customised for three runners instead of the standard five, and the lips can be removed.

The mixed polyethylene pallet measures 1,200×1,000x160mm and features a complex deck design comprising boxed sections that improve the structure’s strength and rigidity.

According to the firm, the open ‘honeycomb’ deck also means that the pallet can be easily and thoroughly washed and drained and can be safely stored outside and exposed to the elements.

The pallet can hold a dynamic load of 1,500kg and a racking load of 1,250kg, which Goplasticpallets.com said made it ideal for the flour milling and newspaper industries. It has a working life of between eight and 15 years.
