Brand Design: Gaymer Cider

Parker Williams has given a new look to Olde English cider as part of Gaymer Cider Company’s 1.2m promotional budget for the brand for 2008, which is double last year’s figure.

According to the agency’s creative director, Tamara Williams, the new design is a “step change” for the brand, which gives it a contemporary look to deliver a strong impact on shelf, while maintaining its traditional values and heritage.

The new look features a green sunburst pattern behind the cream logo, which Williams said would appeal to new consumers who wanted to capture the “sunny and refreshing” taste of cider.

As well as creating the design for the 440ml cans, Parker Williams designed a 10-can fridge multipack.
