Cadbury redesigns Extra Strong Mints for gum launchSimeon Goldstein, 24 August 2009Be the first to comment on this article Cadbury has redesigned the packaging for Trebor Extra Strong Mints to coincide with the launch of an Extra Strong Gum. Advertising agency Fallon, which is responsible for the Dairy Milk advert featuring a gorilla, has created a ‘docu-soap’ for the Trebor gum that airs today (24 August). The advert centres on a press conference for the new packaging and features a surprise launch for the new gum. It forms part of a £3.5m TV, press and poster campaign for the new brand and takes its inspiration from consumer insight, Cadbury said. “Many consumers thought Trebor should have launched a gum already,” the firm said in a statement. The packaging redesign for the Extra Strong and Softmints is aimed at giving the brand a “strong, bold, contemporary new design”, Cadbury said. Speak Your Mind |
