Landor gives Cobra a new lookliz.wells@haymarket.com, 9 October 2008Be the first to comment on this article Landor Associates’ redesigned cans for Cobra Beer are set to hit retail shelves in the next three weeks. The new designs for the 330ml and 500ml cans, as well as the multipack cartons, are part of the firm’s overhaul of all its brands that include Cobra 5% Premium and Cobra Zero%. Will Ghali, Cobra Beer marketing director, said the new design gave the cans a “more contemporary look”. “We’ve also significantly increased stand-out on shelf,” he added. The Cobra Beer packs won a Gramia, a grocery advertising and marketing industry award, last week. Other packs that received the award were Fox’s Biscuits, designed by Brandopus, Tesco Tortilla chips by P&W Design Consultants and Terry’s Chocolate Orange, also by Landor. The Confederation of Paper Industries was also involved in the awards through sponsorship of the brand experience award that was won by Becks Fusion. Speak Your Mind |
