Pudsey the Bear takes pride of place on the labels supplied by Chesapeake to Boots Contract Manufacturing for a money-raising bubble bath for Children in Need.

Boots Contract Manufacturing’s purchasing department designed the bottle of bubble bath, which is produced on site in Nottingham.

Chesapeake Wrexham has produced the labels free of charge for the bottles, which are being sold internally by Boots to raise money for Children in Need.

The company used an HP Indigo ws4500, with a Digicon unit for quality checking against approved artwork, to produce the labels at its Wrexham site.

Chesapeake Wrexham’s operations director Bruce Reynolds said: “We were very keen to help support BCM with its initiative. A real effort culminating in digitally printing the label ensured it was produced quickly and to a high standard which everyone agreed was excellent.”

Children in Need aims to raise money to help disadvantaged children in the UK. It will air on BBC One tonight from 7pm.
