Money box Who needs a stocking over the head when you can rob a store with a beer box as a disguise? One thrifty criminal used the unique disguise when robbing a Kwik Shop in Lincoln, Omaha in the US. The masked assailant got away with 10 boxes of cigarettes worth $50, but left his Bud Light box behind. Maybe he meant to recycle it.

Robot-Food
It is hard to remember a time when computers didn’t come with a mouse. Thanks to design agency Robot-Food, we can have a hit of nostalgia with their new keyboard-operated website. The Harrogate-based agency, run by Mike Shaw and Simon Forster, launched the new site this month. Log on at www.robot-food.com

Happy birthday Packaging News would like to wish Commercial Label Products a happy 30th birthday. The Cheshire-based label business started as a one-man show in 1979 and is still going strong in the age of short runs and digital printers. The company has adopted conventional and digital printing equipment and looks set for the next 30 years and beyond.
