French branding consultancy Darlingisbeautiful is looking to partner with designers and agencies in the UK to offer worldwide design skills.

The company, which was set up in Paris earlier this year, aims to build strong outsourcing relationships with companies and designers in France, Belgium, UK, the US, Japan and China.

Sylvain Cousinard, managing director, said: "Working with British designers on French or Belgian projects will help us to propose different visions, solution and creations.

"With a fresh look and overseas culture, mixed with our local market knowledge we should go further and bring fresh design to our projects."

Cousinard said he would also like to work with UK companies to add a "French touch" to their projects.

Darlingisbeautiful recently came up with new look packaging for Materne-Conflix 's fruit puree snack for children.

It introduced fruit characters to the packs to act as friends for children, helping them to maintain a healthy diet.

Darling also added foliage at the top of the pack to emphasise the natural ingredients used in the product.

The packs, which are being manufactured by Gualapack Italia, began appearing on supermarket shelves in Belgium last month.
