World Design: Henry Lambertz cookies

Be the first to comment on this article

This extravagant pack for an assortment of gingerbread cookies is a belated Christmas innovation.

Henry Lambertz in Germany has created an all-tinplate construction, using three container sizes to house the cookies in a lorry. The different varieties are sealed in multi-laminate bags within the metal boxes that also have metal wheels attached.

Product information is found on a self-adhesive paper label on the base, printed flexo.

GNPD Packaging is a web-based database capturing product and package data, including package type and material, closure type and material, label type and material, decorative processes, inserts, production methods, style details and security aspects.

The database includes colour photos of packs, editorial features on packaging trends and innovations, and is fully searchable.
