Symphony launches Canadian operation
Symphony Environmental Technologies, the degradable plastics group, is to open a new sales and distribution facility in Montreal, Canada.
The facility, open through its wholly-owned subsidiary Symphony Environmental, will support growing demand for its d2w oxo-biodegradable additive products and technology in North America.
The 10-year exclusive distribution agreement with Symphony Environmental is for the Canadian market, Symphony will own 30% of the shares in the Canadian company without cost.
Philippe Michon, who has been representing Symphony in France and Belgium for the past four years, will head the company.
