Witt Gas Techniques is showing a series of leak detection and monitoring systems aimed at the food and pharmaceutical markets.

The Warrington-based company is showing seven pieces of machinery in total on its stand, including the Leak-Master and Oxybaby V and M leak detection systems, and the PA-O2 and PA-O2/CO2 gas analysers, designed to ensure pack integrity.

Visitors to its stand will also be able to take a closer look at the Pack-Vac and LeakMaster Mapmax leak detection systems.

Two versions of the Pack-Vac are available. The machine is designed to detect leaks in flexible and rigid packaging, for the food production industry, using only water and compressed air.

Testing of the package requires little training and takes as little as 30 seconds, using compressed air applied at five to eight bars.
