M&H uses post-consumer regrind for Naked toiletries
A toiletries company has adopted bottles made by M&H Plastics from 100% post-consumer regrind (PCR).
Beccles-based M&H worked with Naked Bodycare, which makes toiletries with 97% natural ingredients, to produce PET bottles made from the fully recycled material.
It will use the bottles for a total of seven products, including 250ml hand washes and hand lotions plus foam baths.
M&H Plastics UK sales manager Kevin Spall said: "Naked is the first customer in its product sector to place a bulk order with us for bottles that are manufactured using 100% PCR material."
Naked Bodycare's natural toiletries range, with the Born Again logo, is available exclusively from Boots stores nationwide and online.
M&H Plastics specialises in plastic bottles, caps, flexible tubes, jars and containers for the personal hygiene and healthcare markets.
The firm was bought by its management, led by chief executive Mark Bryant, last month.
