Trak-Rap showcases ‘revolutionary’ wrapping system at easyFairsJosh Brooks, 4 February 2010Be the first to comment on this article Trak-Rap will showcase a case wrapping system that it describes as a “revolution in retail-ready packaging” at easyFairs this month. The Trak-Rap uses a combination of lightweight corrugated packs and a thin film that is said to be easy for retailers to remove and 100% recyclable. It is processed without the need for a shrink tunnel meaning that it is ideal for heat-sensitive products as well as ambient lines. To improve market growth, Trak-Rap has teamed up with corrugated box supplier TRM Packaging to launch a joint marketing venture. TRM marketing director Mike Giles said: “I am delighted to offer the Trak-Rap system which I believe will revolutionise the supermarket industry for a long time to come.” Trak-Rap and TRM will be on stand 328 at the easyFairs show that runs from 24-25 February at the NEC in Birmingham.
