EskoArtwork, the packaging pre-production specialist, will use Interpack in April to demonstrate how its software can be used to develop protective packaging for shipping that reduces costs and waste.

The Belgian firm will display samples of triple-wall corrugated containers with foam and corrugated inserts that have been produced by combining ArtiosCAD software and the Kongsberg SL table.

It said that, in dry conditions, corrugated board up to 15mm thick measured up well to wood, and could support very heavy items.

EskoArtwork will also be exhibiting the Esko Visualizer, which creates 3D simulations of 2D images, and the Esko Dynamic Content programme, which allows designers to link prescribed text to packaging.

The firm will also hold a conference on brand owner requirements, entitled 'Changing the rules of the game for advanced packaging implementation', on Thursday 24 April at 2.45pm.

EskoArtwork will be on stand B05 in Hall 7A of the Messe Düsseldorf, as part of the Pro Carton section.
