Nicholl appointed distributor for US pulp-tray producer

Metal packaging specialist Nicholl has taken on the role European distributor as part of its product diversification programme and the products are said to have been a huge success in the US.

Chief executive John Griffiths said: “We believe that the Oliver trays offer a real point of difference that will appeal to both manufacturers and consumers.”

The trays are suitable for modified-atmosphere packaging and have an easy-peel opening for consumer convenience.

Nicholl said the trays can be specified in white, cream or grey with clear or black-film lining. Single- or multi-compartment designs in varying depths are on offer.
