They aim to spread UK adoption of the Corrugated Recycles logo – widely used in the US, Canada, Latin America, Japan and the Far East – by sending guidance notes to all UK corrugated box manufacturers. No UK companies currently use the logo. Corrugated board has the highest recycling rate of any packaging type in the UK, at 84%, and saves an area the size of Greater London from landfill every four months.
