Nampak buys Burcap Plastics

Nampak, the South African packaging firm, has acquired 100% of its former joint venture partner, Burcap Plastics, which produces industrial packaging for the dry foods, catering and paint markets.

Nampak, the South African packaging firm, has acquired 100% of its former joint venture partner, Burcap Plastics, which produces industrial packaging for the dry foods, catering and paint markets. Nampak Tubes & Tubs, which works most closely with Burcap, makes tubs for the oral hygiene and cosmetics industries, as well as for dairy brands.
