Zevrix unveils beta version of pre-flighting tool for Adobe InDesign
Zevrix has launched a public beta of its InPreflight 2 quality-control utility for Adobe InDesign.
The software checks documents against existing pre-flight settings for font, colour, links and other issues to save time–consuming manual checking.
The new version enables multiple documents to be pre-flight checked and packaged to the same or different destinations and improves font checks, colour information on Adobe Illustrator files and embedded font recognition for vector EPS images.
It can also be set to ignore links to master pages during pre-flighting.
InPreflight 2 will be released in June 2007.
