Canadian company Zevrix Solutions has devised a new plug-in for Adobe InDesign to produce error-free documents and locate potential problems.

InPreflight 2.0 has a built-in packaging feature that allows users to pre-flight and package multiple documents into one folder.

The new software also includes an update on font status, information on the colour mode for Adobe Illustrator files and a list of embedded fonts in vector EPS.

The software is aimed at service providers, printers, ad agencies, designers and publishing houses.

InPreflight 2.0 costs £35 ($70) and runs on Mac OS X 10.4.2 and higher. It is available as a Universal binary, and works with Adobe InDesign CS, CS2 and CS3.
