Co-op to 'unify' packaging image
Streamlined packaging will form a big part of a £200m rebranding by the Co-operative Group.
The group launched its biggest ever modernisation drive last month to unify everything from logos to shop fascias.
“Logistically it’s a massive undertaking,” said a spokesman. “It has to flow throughout the customer experience, including packaging across all parts of the business.”
More than 3,000 own-brand products will be “unified” for the first time in new packs.
