MHI technology transferred to Metso Paper
Metso Paper has acquired the paper machinery technology of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI).
The technology will be transferred to Metso Paper, but is subject to regulatory approvals. After the agreement has become effective, MHI will attend to its present order backlog, after which Metso Paper will take over customer service.
