Mondi wraps up BSK Materials acquisition
Mondi has completed its acquisition of BSK Materials, the UK-based extrusion coating company, which employs around 90 staff.
The company will be integrated into the packaging and business paper producer’s Coating and Release business unit, which is part of its Europe & International division.
