Pearlfisher scoops top design award

Pearlfisher was crowned top of the Design Consultancy League at the Design Business Association (DBA) Awards last night.

The leagues are compiled from the past three years of DBA Awards.

Pearlfisher also won a silver award for its work on Famous Grouse Whiskey.

Tayburn scooped a gold award for its redesign of Nairn's oatcakes in the hotly contested food packaging category.

Jones Knowles Ritchie won gold for its Molton Brown gift boxes, while Coley Porter Bell landed a gold for its work on fabric softener Comfort.

There were silver and bronze awards for packaging designs including Traidcraft by Landor, Make Mine a Builder's Tea by Elmwood and Harrods Herbal Teas by Honey Creative.

The awards were held at the Hurlingham club in Fulham, London and presented by Evan Davis of Dragons' Den fame.
