I saw a sign over a massive steel works in South Korea that read resources are limited – creativity is unlimited. This is as true in packaging: we must sponsor innovation. Recognise stakeholders. There are many people with an interest in your business’s success and operation other than staff, customers and suppliers. Wider stakeholders can influence attitudes to, and opportunities for, your business – keep them in mind. Prioritise. Always act in the best interest of the business.
