Packagingnews.co.uk refreshes look to improve reader experience

December 14, 2009 Comments Off

Packagingnews.co.uk has today launched a refreshed look to its website and added new features to make it easier for the industry to find and debate the topics that matter most

Get the news fast
A revamped front page brings more news to the industry by listing a greater number of news stories at the top of the page, making it easier for readers to find the news that is shaping the sector.

Redesigned bulletin
Our daily email news bulletin has been redesigned with a cleaner look that will be easier to read both on desktop computers and on handheld devices such as PDAs and mobile phones.

Join the debate
It will be simpler for the industry to debate topics raised by any of our articles with a newly-introduced comment functionality. Readers will no longer need to log in to comment on articles; instead, they can simply add their comments through the IntenseDebate module that will appear at the bottom of every page.

Search the archive quickly
In addition, an improved search facility has been introduced with a more intuitive search function that will help you find the information you need more quickly and easily than you could before.

Packaging News editor Josh Brooks said: “We work hard to make sure that packagingnews.co.uk is the industry’s number one site for breaking news and views.

“The new functionality launched on the site will help us improve further our coverage of the industry and to make our position even stronger.”
