The potential energy saving available from switch to high performance lubricants can also help corrugators contribute to the objectives set by European Commission’s Energy Efficiency Directive. This stipulates a 20% energy efficiency target by 2020, which rises to 30% by 2030.

Inken Reuser, industrial marketing advisor – EAME, said: “Today’s corrugated packaging operators are faced with major pressures to meet both production and sustainability goals, meaning solutions which can help meet both targets are crucial. This new grease is the latest addition to our corrugated packaging offer, which is designed to help operators achieve greater energy efficiency, productivity and cost savings across their business.”
